- Turning a Vibe Shift into a Real Shift: Eradicating ESG & Woke
This session will focus on Heritage’s Capital Markets Initiative, which seeks to push back woke DEI & ESG policies in finance and corporate America. Panelists will discuss offense strategy, necessary research development, and messaging to combat these insidious programs.
- State Levers to Defend Medical Freedom and Combat the Chronic Disease Epidemic
As the grassroots MAHA movement gains momentum in the states, Heritage’s Restoring American Wellness Initiative is equipping state leaders to advance medical freedom. This session will explore practical, state-level strategies to curb bureaucratic overreach and reverse chronic disease in an effort to make America healthy again.
- Parental Rights Playbook: Offense and Defense State Strategy
Parental rights are under unprecedented attack in America, threatening the foundational role of the family in our nation’s strength and stability. This session will collaboratively develop a battle-tested strategy for both offense and defense in the fight for our children’s hearts and minds.
- Beyond the Bill: Implementing Education Freedom for Long-Term Impact
While a legislative win is the first step toward making education freedom a lasting and culturally accepted part of American education, we have now entered the implementation stage. This session will develop and refine strategies to build public support, align core program principles, recruit families effectively, and identify common pitfalls.
- Guarding the Homeland: Advancing State Action on CCP Land Bans and Lobbying Restrictions
Together we will develop a multi-pronged plan of action to fight back against the CCP's advances within our nation's borders. Participants will cover how we close the gaps in states where CCP land purchasing bans have been passed and how to create legislative solutions to restrict CCP-funded lobbying on the state level.
- Delayed Action, Increased Danger: Why States Must Lead on Immigration Enforcement
Securing our borders requires states working in tandem with the Administration to go on offense. From finding loopholes in legislation to enacting further reforms, join us in building the plan for statehouses across the country to help the frontlines in strengthening border and immigration enforcement.
- The People’s Count: Restoring Accurate Representation in Elections at Federal and State Level
It is time to restore Americans’ faith in the integrity and accuracy of federal and state elections. Together we will strategize how to rebuild trust in elections through innovative ideas like integrating proof of citizenship into the state census.
- Tech Blueprint: Lessons from Texas on Shaping AI Regulation and Innovation
Conservatives have more to gain than to fear in today’s tech policy landscape as states work to balance regulatory clarity with innovation. This strategy session will use Texas as a case study to explore policies that drive innovation while safeguarding against misuse.
